Old-School PvE Shooter C.A.S.T. with 1950s Europe Anomalies Launches on Steam, Holds 100% Rating
Ascension Studio has released an old-school third-person shooter called C.A.S.T. in early access on Steam, styled after PS One projects. The initial gamer reviews are positive, with the game holding a 100% rating at the time of writing.
C.A.S.T. features both single-player and PvE co-op modes. The main action takes place in 1950s Europe, where players explore various maps with random anomalies and unique objectives. The primary tasks are clearing the area of monsters and successfully evacuating.
"Battle various unique enemies, each with their own strengths and tactics. Adapt your strategies to survive their attacks", — reads the description.
C.A.S.T. is available for purchase on Steam for $6.29, with a 10% discount valid until December 16. The game includes English localization (interface, voice-over, and subtitles).
