Fallout Fans Remaking Canceled Third Entry in New Vegas Engine — Playable Demo Available

A group of modders from United West Team is working on Revelation Blues, a fan-made remake of Black Isle Studio’s canceled Fallout 3. In early March, they released a playable demo showcasing one of the game’s locations.
The demo takes players to Burnham Springs, a small mining town that has suffered a mysterious catastrophe. According to the mod’s description, the developers have built an entirely new region, added new assets, and revamped weather effects.
The project is being developed on the Fallout: New Vegas engine. Burnham Springs is located near Boulder City, and players are advised to reach at least level 15 before exploring the area. You can download the demo here.
The original version of Fallout 3, codenamed Van Buren, was canceled in 2003 due to financial difficulties at Black Isle Studios, leaving the game unreleased.
