Fable 2 Might Finally Come to PC — Unofficial Port in Development
March 13, 2025, 12:20 PM

Released exclusively for Xbox 360 in 2008, Fable 2 remains one of the most requested games for PC. Now, that wish may soon come true—YouTube creator Mattscreative has announced work on an unofficial port.
The project is being developed using the XenonRecomp tool, which was previously used to port Sonic Unleashed to PC. In addition to bringing the game to a new platform, Mattscreative aims to improve the UI and add support for high frame rates, up to 240 FPS.
To complete the project, the creator is seeking help from coders and has shared a link to the GitHub page for those interested in contributing.
Meanwhile, Microsoft is working on a full-fledged Fable reboot, which was recently delayed to 2026.
