911 Operator is a simulator with elements of tactical strategy and a top-down view. You have to try on the role of an emergency services dispatcher who is required to quickly respond to incoming messages. Your job is not only to receive calls, but also to respond appropriately to them—sometimes as little as issuing first aid instructions, other times requiring police, fire, or medical teams to be dispatched to the scene.

An excellent casual game, only spoiled by the monotony of telephone conversations. On the one hand, well-voiced dialogues with background noise (also a gameplay element by the way) add depth to the process, on the other hand, the developers, obviously without a million-dollar budget, recorded only a couple of dozen calls, so they are often repeated during the game. This reduces replayability very greatly, so you can hardly sit for more than 5 hours
Отличная казуальная игра, ее портит лишь однообразие телефонных разговоров. С одной стороны отлично озвученные диалоги с фоновыми шумами (тоже геймплейный элемент к слову) придают процессу глубину, с другой же разработчики очевидно не имея миллионного бюджета записали лишь пару дюжин звонков поэтому при игре они часто повторяются. Реиграбельность от этого снижается очень сильно поэтому вряд ли можно высидеть больше 5 часов
