This mod introduces the ability to install rear-wheel steering on standard vehicles in BeamNG.drive without the need for special parts.
Operating Modes:
- Off — rear wheels return to their normal position;
- Rear Steer — rear wheels turn in the opposite direction to the front, reducing the turning radius;
- Crab — rear wheels mimic the angle of the front wheels on the same side.
- Switching modes is done using the Alt + R keys.

- Ability to remap control keys;
- Default force is set to 100%, allowing the rear wheels to fully mimic the front wheels in Crab mode;
- When reducing the force to 50%, the rear wheels mimic half the angle of the front wheels;
- Compatibility with standard vehicles without additional parts.
The angle of the rear wheels is gradually adjusted over time and may temporarily change when the suspension is in use. Compatibility may vary on vehicles with modified suspensions.
Installation:
- Download the mod archive;
- Move the archive to the folder: C:\Users\UserNAME\Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods
Данный мод добавляет возможность установки подруливания задних колёс на стандартные автомобили BeamNG.drive без необходимости использования специальных деталей.
Режимы работы:
- Off — задние колёса возвращаются в обычное положение;
- Rear Steer — задние колёса поворачиваются в противоположную сторону относительно передних, уменьшая радиус разворота;
- Crab — задние колёса повторяют угол поворота передних с той же стороны.
- Переключение режимов осуществляется клавишами Alt + R.

- Настраиваемая скорость реакции системы;
- Возможность переназначения клавиш управления;
- Стандартная сила установлена на 100%, благодаря чему в режиме Crab задние колёса повторяют полный угол передних;
- При снижении силы до 50% задние колёса повторяют половину угла передних;
- Совместимость со стандартными автомобилями без установки дополнительных деталей.
Угол задних колёс постепенно корректируется со временем и может кратковременно изменяться при работе подвески. Совместимость может отличаться на автомобилях с модифицированной подвеской.
Установка:
- Скачать архив с модом;
- Переместить архив в папку: C:\Users\UserNAME\Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods
