Bio Inc. Redemption is a complex biomedical simulator where you choose Death or Life. You can create incredible diseases and mock your victim, or go over to the side of the medical team to identify the disease and find a cure. This game is frighteningly realistic, including over 600 real-life diseases, viruses, symptoms, diagnostic tests, treatments, and more.
