Bio Inc. Redemption is a complex biomedical simulator where you choose Death or Life. You can create incredible diseases and mock your victim, or go over to the side of the medical team to identify the disease and find a cure. This game is frighteningly realistic, including over 600 real-life diseases, viruses, symptoms, diagnostic tests, treatments, and more. It will captivate you for hours, transporting you into a microscopic world of epic plague proportions.

Side selection:

Death — You must explore your dark side, angrily destroying victims using a painful combination of illnesses and diseases. You will become a plague.
