F.E.A.R.: First Encounter Assault Recon (Director's Edition) is an expanded edition of a dynamic first-person shooter with horror elements. A mysterious paramilitary force has infiltrated a multibillion-dollar aerospace project, taking hostages but making no demands. The government reacts by sending a team of special forces to destroy the threat. But an unknown massacre, causing an inexplicable wave of destruction, tore the team to shreds. With no other choice, an elite F.E.A.R team was assembled to deal with the emergency. Squad members are given one simple task: assess the threat and eliminate the intruders at any cost.
