Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Remaster — the re-released version includes both Final Fantasy 10 and Final Fantasy 10-2 — its sequel. The first game's plot revolves around Tidus, a young man who finds himself transported to a fictional world called Spira after coming into contact with a monster known as Sin. Tidus becomes one of the bodyguards of Yuna, the “summoner,” who goes on a pilgrimage whose ultimate goal is to defeat Sin. As the story progresses, the player learns more about Sin, as well as about Tidus' father, Jecht, who went missing many years ago. The combat system in the game is turn-based, but the player can change the characters participating in the battle. Increasing the parameters of game characters and learning new abilities is done using the Sphere Grid, on which new techniques and improvements gradually become available.
