Half-Life is a legendary adventure shooter with a first-person view. You have to try on the role of a silent researcher named Gordon Freeman. The game takes place in the giant top-secret Black Mesa research complex, which is located in the depths of a mountain located in the US state of New Mexico. Freeman was among the survivors of a terrible disaster that distorted the appearance of the research center beyond recognition. Due to the cascading resonance, a portal storm began, which is the random opening and closing of portals between Earth and the world of Xen. Alien creatures began to teleport to Black Mesa, behaving extremely aggressively. In this situation, Dr. Eli Vance asks Gordon to get to the surface and call for help.

Игра отличная! Несмотря на устаревшую графику, играть очень интересно, геймплей в стиле шутера с элементами головоломками не дает заскучать на протяжении всего прохождения. Игра в меру сложная, на некоторых моментах приходилось по 100 раз нажимать клавишу F5, но это не раздражает, а скорее увеличивает интерес и желание пройти эту игру до конца. Советую всем сыграть в этот шедевр игровой индустрии!

Один из лучших шутеров "старой школы". да, коридорные уровни, да, графика морально устарела(для того года она была супер), но зато в ней нереальная атмосфера в которую погружаешься с головой. Хоть вторая часть и лучше по всем фронтам, но без этой игры не было бы и продолжения. Именно эта игра породила вселенную в которой существует Aperture Science, Black Mesa, Гордон Фриман, Челл, Барри который должен нам пива и другие персонажи. Она вошла в сердца многим геймерам и навечно там поселилась

As for me, there is one small minus: the sight blends in with the surroundings, but the game is great.
Half-life очень интересная старая игра в жанре шутер от первого лица с интересным сюжетом, для тех времён с крутым геймплеем. Также игра прародитель всеми любимой cs 1.6. Как по мне есть один маленький минус это прицел который сливается с окружение, а так игра класс.
