Hearts of Iron 4: Arms Against Tyranny

The four northern democracies, namely Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden, find themselves in a difficult position, surrounded by authoritarian regimes. Despite their small geographical size, these countries are able to avoid submission through the use of diplomacy or possible resistance. The expansion brings to the game more government focuses for the Scandinavian countries and new opportunities to produce weapons and use their neutral status for the benefit of their citizens.
