1. Gameplay — Could have been better. There are a lot of bugs, the AI is constantly hiding in the right places, after a chase, if the AI doesn't do something right, it will stick cameras on the walls and traps under the doors, and quite often in Acts 1-2, the neighbor can see you through the wall. Well, that's all fine, because after Act 2, the game can be made super easy by simply blocking the neighbor's access to the upper floors... Which, in my opinion, is a huge drawback, because in the previous acts, he still had workarounds, which kept the player on edge.
2. Plot — Basic, we mostly see the main character's story and his overcoming childhood fears. But there are also about three minigames that tell the neighbor's story in bits and pieces.

1. Геймплей — Можно было и получше сделать. Багов очень много, ИИ всё время подсиживает в нужных местах, после погони если ИИ что то не устроит налепит камер на стены, и капканы под двери, ну и достаточно часто в 1-2 актах сосед может увидеть тебя через стену. Ну это всё ладно, ведь после 2 акта игру можно сделать супер лёгкой просто закрыв соседу доступы на верхние этажи... Что как по моему большущий минус, ведь в предыдущих актах у него всё равно были обходные пути что заставляло игрока всегда быть напряженным.
2. Сюжет — Базовый, в основном мы видим историю ГГ, и про его преодоление детских страхов. Но есть и +-3 мини-игры в которых кусочками рассказывается история соседа.

Игра интересная. Прошëл всё дополнения. Искуственный интелект... Господи! Кроме камер и окон сосед НИЧЕГО не слышит. А после страха супермаркета сосед становится как будто слепым. Коллизия это шедевр! Если близко подойти к окну у тебя предмет тупо сквозь него перелетит! Баги, баги. Короче я просто шëл спокойно, и передо мной стоял мусорный пакет я после того как по нему прошëлся улетел вверх!
