extract to this path SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Starfield;
open the console using the tilde key (~);
run bat gamma22 to set the gamma, for example, 2.2 (or any other from the list above);
to remove the mod / revert settings, just run bat gammaReset;
changes will be permanent (you only need to run them once, even when exiting the game), and there will be no need to manually edit the ini file.
