The Valiant

The main character is a former knight-crusader, Theodoric of Akenburg. One of his former comrades became obsessed with the idea of restoring the Rod of Aaron, a powerful artifact capable of bringing immeasurable suffering to the world. The hero, who had vowed never to take up arms again, is forced to break his oath and embark on a new journey.

In terms of gameplay, the game resembles Company of Heroes: there is no base building, and you primarily manage small squads. Each of the heroes has three skill trees, as well as slots for weapons and armor. In addition to a single-player campaign of 15 missions, the game includes two multiplayer modes: competitive and cooperative, where three players must hold positions against waves of enemies.
