Ultracore is a fast-paced side-scrolling action platformer set in a sci-fi setting. In 1994, the side-scrolling platformer Project Hardcore was supposed to be released, but instead of being released on the Commodore Amiga, Sega Mega Drive and Sega Mega-CD, it went into suspended animation. After 25 years, the game returns in a new form and with a new name — Ultracore.
