Lower stamina costs further based on skill levels.

Reduce the additional stamina cost of all actions according to the relevant skill levels (including secondary attacks and blocking). Link the stamina cost of dodging to the jumping skill; performing a dodge will also increase your jumping skill level.

Installation:

Place the dll in the Valheim / BepInEx / plugins folder.
