The core gameplay is interesting, I personally like the new combat and pre-war diplomacy, there is a lot of micromanagement, now it is the balance of money-speed_of_economic_growth that is the basis of the game. Unlike the second part, where war simply required a normal economy and a bunch of people, here everything is decided by the economy, cartridges and guns can run out, and wars deplete treasury reserves. The game also has a lot of bugs (especially the network part), there are not enough balance edits (the French economy in every second game grows 4 times in 40 years and overtakes Prussia and Britain combined) and updates for the AI ​​(it is too passive). In general, I enjoyed the game, but the new wiki needs patches and DLC - as always, it's a mess.
