Spanish YouTuber with the nickname Manco Army revealed details about the last year confirmed Tom Clancy's The Division 3. According to him, he received this information from one of the former developers who previously worked at Massive Entertainment studio.

Here's what he stated:

The main action of Tom Clancy's The Division 3 unfolds in the city of Chicago, which is divided into zones. Each zone is controlled by a specific faction;
There are six factions in the game, each with its own storyline and side quests;
Unique modes with customization of the main character and the enhancement of his reputation;
The player can join only one of the three factions;
Decisions made during the game will have consequences in the narrative component;
Some side missions will feature characters from previous parts.

The author detailed two of the six factions. The first represents a set of agents equipped with advanced gadgets and weapons. They are tasked with protecting the established world order. The second faction is a group of renegades living in an underground complex. They are disillusioned with the system and oppose the established rules.

Officially, Ubisoft has not commented on the aforementioned information, so it should be taken as a rumor.
