Media: the new Call of Duty will be shown in June at Xbox Showcase

Journalist and senior editor of The Verge Tom Warren said when the new Call of Duty will be shown. The game will be demonstrated on June 9 at the Xbox Showcase along with Gears 6.

It is expected that part of the gameplay from the main company will be shown at the exhibition. Insider Tom Henderson added to the news, saying that the multiplayer mode will be demonstrated only in August.

The events of the new Call of Duty will continue the history of the Black Ops subseries and tell about the war in the Persian Gulf. The project, called Call of Duty: Black Ops Gulf War, will be an open-world campaign. The game is expected to release in October this year.
