According to insiders, the new Doom will be multi-platform
Two authoritative insiders immediately confirmed that the new Doom will be released not only on Xbox and PC consoles, but also on PlayStation 5. The game should also be expected on Game Pass.
Trusted insider NateTheHate was the first to announce the release of the new Doom on Sony consoles. His words were confirmed by journalist Jez Corden from Windows Central. He also said that in the new part, the gameplay for the Doom Slayer will become a little slower and more ponderous, in order to be more consistent with the Middle Ages.
According to him, after release the game will be available through Game Pass subscription.
Let's remember that yesterday insider Tom Henderson shared details of the new Doom. The game will be subtitled The Dark Ages and will be a prequel to 2016's Doom, the project itself will be inspired by the Middle Ages. The announcement will take place at the Xbox Games Showcase on June 9.
