Enthusiast Shows Elden Ring «Remaster» on Unreal Engine 5
YouTube and developer Konariin tried to accurately recreate one of the Elden Ring locations on Unreal Engine 5. The result is almost a remaster with high-resolution graphics, beautiful views and small details that are nice to look at.
The original Elden Ring uses the PhyreEngine engine, which was used to make the previous games Dark Souls 3 and Bloodborne, as well as Journey and Unravel. However, the graphics in these games are far from realistic, and Konariin decided to transfer one of the Elden Ring locations to UE 5 out of interest.
As a result, he managed to thoroughly repeat the style of the FromSoftware game, recreating the Cerulean Coast on the new engine. You can see the result in the video below:
Unfortunately, you won't be able to try out the demo version — the author intends to save it for his portfolio.
Earlier, another enthusiast showed what a remake of Metal Gear Solid 1998 would look like on UE 5.
