A collectible replica of Altair's sword from Assassin's Creed, made of real steel, has been announced

Raven Forge and Ubisoft have announced a full-scale replica of Altair's sword from Assassin's Creed. The collector's edition has already been demonstrated to the public — it is made of real steel.

According to the manufacturers, the sword was created based on 200 references from the original game, which required playing Assassin's Creed 2007 thoroughly. The model had to be recreated from scratch due to the rather low polygons. In addition, the studio calculated the design and weight of the sword based on combat experience — although it is not a weapon (a blunt blade), it will weigh and feel like a real one.

The replica is made mainly of stainless steel and steel alloy. It weighs just over a kilogram. The sword's guard and crosspiece imitate an attacking eagle, and on the blade itself you can see the V symbol, typical of assassins.

The replica pre-order price is £225. The collector's edition will be delivered from May 2025.

A new collectible figure of Ciri from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was previously announced.
