'Naruto Run' Makes Its Way to Assassin's Creed: Shadows

The latest news about Assassin's Creed: Shadows will definitely please "Naruto" fans. According to creative director Jonathan Dumont, the developers have included a small reference to the famous noodle eater.

Specifically, it's about the "Naruto run" with arms extended backward. "We do have a run on top of buildings that has a little bit of a wink-wink to it," said Dumont.

Obviously, this technique will be used by the shinobi girl Naoe. According to Ubisoft, she is the fastest assassin in the history of the Assassin's Creed series. The heroine also has a wide arsenal of gadgets, including a grappling hook and shurikens.

In the screenshot below, you can see a child named Junjiro. For Naoe, he embodies the future of Japan, so his role in the story will surely be important.

Assassin's Creed: Shadows will be released on February 14 on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5. Earlier, Ubisoft detailed the combat system in the game.
