Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Hardcore Mode Testing Starts Next Week

Warhorse Studios announced that testing of the hardcore mode for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will start next week. It will last until the end of March, and the update itself is expected in April.

The developers announced the start of testing on the official Discord server. 100 players have already been selected to participate — they will get access to the mode in a few days. However, the control group will not be able to share screenshots or gameplay due to watermarks on the screen.

The hardcore mode will be part of the free spring update for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. It is expected that it will add more realism and a system of mandatory debuffs for the start, which was in the first part. With this patch, barbers and horse racing will appear in the game.

Recall that three story DLCs have been announced for the game. The first expansion, Brushes with Death, will be released this summer and will add a quest chain related to a mysterious artist.

Earlier, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 received patch 1.1.2 — here we listed the main changes.
