Gamers have discovered a new Easter egg in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, linked to Cyberpunk 2077. It involves a character named Johann Silverfist, which is definitely a nod to Johnny Silverhand.
You can find this character after the protagonist arrives in Kuttenberg. The NPC is associated with the side quest Tournament in Kuttenberg.
