Report: Hogwarts Legacy Definitive Edition and DLC with 15 Hours of New Content Canceled

According to Bloomberg, Warner Bros. Games has canceled the release of Hogwarts Legacy Definitive Edition and the planned DLC, although they were never officially announced.

The cancellation occurred due to the restructuring of the company's gaming division. Additionally, it was decided that the new content (10–15 hours of additional gameplay, including new quests, activities, and costumes) was insufficient to justify its price.

It is now reported that no additional materials for Hogwarts Legacy are planned. The developer, Avalanche Software, is fully focused on developing Hogwarts Legacy 2.

As a reminder, the original Hogwarts Legacy sold nearly 35 million copies and received 90% positive reviews on Steam.
