Dotemu has dropped an accolades trailer for the superhero beat 'em up Marvel Cosmic Invasion, which launched in early December for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. The video features a compilation of scores and quotes from various reviews.
It’s been just over a week since MARVEL Cosmic Invasion first launched, and we let you loose against Annihilus’ hordes. Critics have warmly received Marvel Cosmic Invasion, praising the game for its engaging gameplay, dynamic combat, varied boss encounters, beautiful pixel art graphics, extensive roster of characters, wealth of moves, cooperative mode, and a solid soundtrack. The project has garnered an 81/100 score on OpenCritic and boasts an 86% positive rating on Steam.
Marvel Cosmic Invasion centers on the confrontation between superheroes and Annihilus, who poses a threat to the entire galaxy. Players can choose from 15 playable characters, each with their own unique special moves. On December 10th, the developers confirmed that the game has officially passed Steam Deck verification.
Physical editions for Marvel Cosmic Invasion were announced at the end of November.
