Dying Light 2 Stay Human: How to Save Damien in the Missing Persons Quest

In Dying Light 2 Stay Human, developers have added a variety of side quests. In the «Missing Persons» quest, you'll need to help Damien and make an important choice that will affect the character's fate. In this guide, we'll tell you how to save the guy from death and describe the complete walkthrough of this quest. Beware of spoilers!

You can take on the quest after meeting Sophie when the girl asks Aiden to help the residents of the Bazaar. As soon as you enter the church building, Damien will start talking to you. Note that this task cannot be completed after finishing the main quest «Water Tower».

After speaking with Damien, head to the marker and talk to the guard. Go inside and descend to the lower floor.

After talking to the thug, kill all the cutthroats. Now, it's time to search for Damien's brother.

After successfully eliminating the enemies, Damien will appear. He will inform Aiden that his brother is being held hostage. He will also convince the hero that he was unaware of the ongoing atrocities. Choose the option Help Damien and set out to find Cliff. Otherwise, the man will attack Aiden, and you'll have to kill him.

Reach the next point and talk to the twin brother. The man turns out to be an accomplice of the bandits and confesses to the crimes. The guy will flee, and Aiden will have to deal with several thugs. After doing so, go up to the second floor and find Cliff, then deal with him. Damien won't respond on the radio, so to complete the quest, you need to search for him.

We return to the Bazaar and talk to Roger. Damien has locked the door and is not letting anyone in. We go outside through the nearest exit and start climbing up the roof of the building using the wooden planks. For this, we use the numerous ledges and ropes. Once on the high ground, we open the hatch and find the man.

Damien will repent and take all the blame for his brother's crimes upon himself. To save the guy in the dialogue, we choose the options «About life?» and «I'll jump too!». Otherwise, the interlocutor will end his life by suicide.

If you stop the character and prevent him from jumping off the roof, Roger will intervene in the dialogue. We choose the option «Interrupt Damien». Aiden will not allow the man to tell Roger the truth about the misdeeds. Otherwise, Damien will confess to the crimes, and he will be hanged.
