Legendary katana Jinchu-maru
During the main mission Play It Safe, players have the opportunity to find the blueprint for the legendary katana. Eliminate three snipers and proceed further to take a girl hostage, who is guarded by Oda. Defeat the enemy and take the blade from his body. The weapon increases the chance of a critical hit when the Kereznikov cyberware is installed, increases the damage of the final attack in a combo, and deals double damage to enemies with more health than the main character.
Legendary katana Katana
The legendary unnamed weapon is sold at Coach Fred's shop near V's apartment in the same building, in Little China. It has reduced stamina cost per hit, increased chances of dealing critical damage and causing bleeding.
Iconic katana Cocktail Stick
During the main mission Automatic Love, the blade can be found on the second floor in the dressing room of the Clouds club in the Westbrook district. You can follow the storyline to get to the necessary room or ignore the marker and bypass the sixth booth. Go through the adjacent door, next to which the word Toys is brightly lit. Approach the glass doors of the VIP area and observe a short dialogue between a guard and a visitor. After the conversation, follow the second guard through the door on the left and silently take him down. Grab the pass and head to the restricted area. Go around the bar counter on the left side and find the door with the sign No entry. Sneak inside and immediately turn left into the dressing room. Climb over the counter and take the cold weapon from the table with the mirror.
Iconic katana Satori
The weapon can be easily missed during the mission The Heist. After a short cutscene where Saburo Arasaka arrives at the hotel, the main character will find themselves in the penthouse. The task is to go to the balcony, which T-Bug should open. Without going outside, turn left and climb the ladder to the roof. Wait for V's friend to open the balcony and eliminate the two enemies. Take the necessary katana from the aircraft. The weapon has a significant boost to critical damage but reduced base attack characteristics.
Iconic katana Tsumetogi
The weapon can be found during Judy Alvarez's side mission Pisces, where the main character needs to meet with the leaders of the Tyger Claws. Follow the mission to the rooftop and then descend into the penthouse. Inside the room, three gang members are in a braindance session, and the katana is located on the table. After talking with Maiko, you can take the weapon.
Iconic katana Scalpel
In the second act, head to the Afterlife bar, where you will receive the side mission Big in Japan from Dennis. Go to the marked area on the Kabuki waterfront. Open the fridge at the far pier of the waterfront and defeat all enemies in the location. Take the Japanese man's body near the fridge and place it in the car's trunk. Drive to the point on the map and after talking with Dennis, you will receive the iconic katana as a reward, which deals electrical damage, has a critical damage bonus, and increased bleeding chance.
Iconic knife Stinger
To obtain the item, you first need to complete the mission Riders on the Storm for Panam Palmer. After that, Mitch will contact the hero and ask for a small favor. Successfully complete the mission I'll Fly Away and receive the iconic weapon as a reward. It has increased chemical damage parameters.
