Cyberpunk 2077 Romance and Sex Guide: Judy, Panam, River, Kerry, and Joytoys

In Cyberpunk 2077, there are four full romance options with major characters, as well as several shorter romantic encounters and sex with joytoys. In this guide, we will explain who you can start a relationship with, what requirements each character has, and how to unlock the available romantic scenes.

The easiest way to sleep with someone is to pay a joytoy. There are four such characters in the game: two women and two men. The first two are located on Jig-Jig Street and are marked on the map with a special lips icon. The service costs only 100 eurodollars. After payment, V will go to a secluded place, and a cutscene will begin.

Two more joytoys become available later in the Dark Matter club. You can enter it during Kerry Eurodyne's questline after the quest Off the Leash. Their services cost 3000 eurodollars. V's gender does not matter: all four options are available to any character.

If you want something more serious, you can start a romance with Judy. It is worth saying right away that a relationship with Judy is available only to V with a feminine body type and feminine voice.

You cannot miss meeting her, since it happens during the main story, but after that you will need to make an effort to win her heart. After the events involving the biochip, V will need to find Evelyn as part of the main quest.

Everything that happens next is optional content. If you want to keep in touch, do not ignore it. Agree to help Judy with the Clouds club and complete her questline. Eventually, you will get the opportunity to sleep with her. After spending the night together, you can either continue the relationship or say it was just a one-time thing. If you choose to continue the relationship, Judy becomes V's permanent romantic partner and can appear in certain final scenes and the epilogue.

A romance with Panam is available only to V with a masculine body type. As with Judy, you cannot miss meeting her. After completing the main story quests connected to Panam, she will call V and ask for help. Do not ignore her requests, and everything will work out in the end. After completing the romance arc, you can continue the relationship with Panam.

That said, no character should skip Panam's side quests if you want to see all endings.

Romance requirement: V must have a feminine body type.

Unlike the previous characters, River Ward does not appear in the main story. You can miss meeting him. Note that a romance with him is available only to V with a feminine body type.

You will meet Ward if you agree to investigate the mayor's murder for the Peralezes during the quest I Fought the Law. River's questline is very interesting on its own, so we recommend not skipping it either way. Eventually, you will be given the choice to sleep with him or not. The relationship can also be continued. After that, River becomes V's permanent romantic partner and gets additional scenes and lines depending on the ending you choose.

Romance requirements: V must have a masculine body type and masculine voice.

Kerry Eurodyne appears much later than the other main romance partners. To unlock his questline, you need to progress through Johnny Silverhand's storyline and complete Kerry's related side quests.

The key romantic moments appear in the quests Off the Leash and Boat Drinks. Support Kerry and choose the kiss options when they become available. During the final quest on the yacht, you can start a full relationship or leave what happened as a one-time encounter.

Requirements: V's gender, voice, and lifepath do not matter.

The meeting with Meredith Stout is easy to miss. When you go to pick up the Flathead for Dexter DeShawn, he will give you her contact. Call her before starting the mission and take the credchip from her.

For Meredith to be satisfied with the outcome of the deal, Maelstrom must become hostile. The easiest way is to pay with the infected credchip without removing the virus from it, or to start an armed conflict with Royce. If the operation ends in Meredith's favor, she will send a message later. Reply to her to unlock the Venus in Furs quest and the motel encounter.

This is not a full romance for V, but a story scene from Johnny's past. You do not need to do anything special: the scene becomes available during one of Johnny Silverhand's flashbacks.

This is not exactly a romance, but it still belongs in this selection. Closer to the end of the game, after the events with Hanako and Takemura, you will have the option to let Johnny take control and visit Rogue. This leads to a kind of date with Rogue, but you cannot start a full relationship with her.

After completing the romance storyline with Judy, Panam, River, or Kerry, the repeatable quest I Really Want to Stay at Your House becomes available. V can invite their partner to their apartments, spend time with them, and receive additional messages. These dates can be repeated.
