Where to Buy Sandevistan in Cyberpunk 2077

After the 2.0 update, almost all ripperdocs in Night City have a standard set of implants. The product range is wider only at the black market dealer located in Dogtown, but you don't need him to acquire Sandevistan. It's enough to visit one of the ripperdocs in the game. We've indicated their locations on the map.

Keep in mind that the implant will only appear after you reach level 40. Its price is 118 681 Eurodollars, provided you have a high reputation in the city. If you haven't completed additional tasks, you'll have to pay even more.

What's the Best Sandevistan in the Game

The best implant capable of slowing down time is called Militech Sandevistan «Apex». It has the following features:

  • Upon activation, slows down time by 85%. The effect lasts 8 seconds. Cooldown — 25 seconds;
  • While Sandevistan is active, headshot damage is increased by 10%, critical hit chance by 9%, and its effectiveness by 13%;
  • Neutralizing an enemy extends the implant's operation by 20% and restores 22% of stamina.

If you upgrade the implant to level 5++, you will be able to increase the effectiveness of headshots, as well as the chance of critical hits.

The Best Build Using Sandevistan

It's important to understand that purchasing and installing this augmentation may prove to be ineffective if Sandevistan is not combined with other equipment, perks, and weapons. Therefore, it's crucial to assemble a build that matches your tactic of consistently using time slowdown.

Best Weapon

Sandevistan is designed for combat using melee weapons. An excellent choice is the Erra Thermal Katana, which can be obtained for free in one of the main story missions.

An alternative option is the «Mantis Blades». This iconic weapon, known from the first trailers, also pairs well with Sandevistan. We discussed it in a thematic guide.

Best Implants

  • Axolotl. Reduces the cooldown duration of all implants by 10% with each enemy neutralized. Allows for more frequent use of Sandevistan.
  • Atomic Sensors. Slow down time by 50% for 4 seconds upon detecting an enemy.
  • Stabber. Increases the chance of critical hits when using melee or thrown weapons.
  • Adrenaline Converter. Increases movement speed by 40% at the start of combat.

Best Attributes

First and foremost, level up Reflexes and Technical Ability. Ideally, these attributes should be increased to the maximum value of 20. After that, you can improve Cool to enhance the effectiveness of critical hits, as well as Body for increased health and its regeneration rate.

Best Perks

Technical Ability:

  • Punk Renaissance. Increases the power of implants for each point of Technical Ability starting from the 9th.
  • Cyborg. If you have implants in all available slots, your active skills recharge 15% faster.
  • License to Chrome. Increases the effectiveness of implants by 10%, boosts armor rating, and unlocks an additional slot for augmentations on the skeleton.
  • Cybernetic Constitution. If all augmentation slots are occupied, incoming damage is reduced by 5%.
  • Cybernization. The power of all implants is increased by 10%.
  • Chip Expert. Augmentations gain additional bonuses as they are upgraded.
  • Extended Warranty. Increases the duration of all implants by 15%.
  • Ambidexter. Opens a new slot for augmentations on the arms.
  • Built Differently. Allows for an additional adapter to be installed on the skin implant.
  • Edge Runner. Increases the effectiveness of all augmentations by one point for every 0.5% of health. Upon neutralizing an enemy, there's a 0.1% chance you'll enter a rage state. In this case, your hero's attack power will be increased by 10%, and with a 30% chance, it will be a critical hit. In this case, it will be 50% more powerful.

Reflexes:

  • Evasion. Makes it harder for enemies to hit your hero while you're moving.
  • Blink. Allows for dashes and reduces stamina costs for dodging.
  • Can't Touch This. Reduces all incoming damage while you're dashing.
  • Lead and Steel. Reduces stamina costs for blade strikes and allows you to block enemy bullets with them.
  • Double Image. Increases the effectiveness of counterattacks and the chance to stun the enemy.
  • Bullet Deflection. If you have more than 33% stamina, enemy bullets will fly in the direction of your aim. Their damage will be higher if you block just before being hit. They will be considered deflected.
  • Blade Runner. Reduces stamina consumption from blade strikes by 15%, increases the speed of strikes by 30%, allows you to finish off enemies with less than 25% health.
  • Steel Flash. After a finisher, your attack and movement speed increase by 25% for 6 seconds.
  • Bullet Time. Reflected or blocked bullets will deal critical damage to enemies. You won't spend stamina. The effect only works while time slowdown is activated.
  • Slaughter. Blade attacks cause bleeding, which creates a chance for dismemberment.
