To achieve this, Johnny must become your friend. However, it's not so simple. We have outlined the sequence of actions below. During the mission Automatic Love after you leave Clouds and go down in the elevator, you will have a conversation with Johnny. You need to choose the following dialogue options: You don't give a damn about me, I asked, what do you want from me?, For a cause or for revenge?, What's Mikoshi?, I'm following, What do I have to do with Mikoshi? and And how do you plan to destroy Arasaka?. Your relationship with Johnny will improve by 10%.

At the end of the mission Life During Wartime, you will be interrogating a person named Hellman. Talk to Johnny as part of the Tapeworm quest to start the quests with Rogue and Kerry.
