All Secrets and Mysteries of Black Myth: Wukong
Quest with Purple Seals
Near the altar of Middle Void, you will see a cutscene with Purple Seals. You can remove them and unlock a secret boss. The first seal can be found near the altar of Middle Hollow. Kill the scorpion prince in the village and get a fragment of the vine. Climb the path and interact with the pillar. Next, go to the temple of Cliff of Oblivion. Follow the path past the temple and remove the second seal. The third one can be found near the altar of Relief of the Fallen Moon. Defeat the boss Right Hand of Buddha and descend to the bridge on the left side. Pass by the enemy and reach the platforms. They will lead you to the third seal. The last seal can be found closer to the end of the chapter. Near the altar of Court of Enlightenment, enter the left temple. Removing the seal will trigger a cutscene, after which there will be a difficult boss battle.
Where to Find the Skandha Choice
Choice is the fourth item in the Skandha series that you can find in Black Myth: Wukong. Head to the Cleansing Spring shrine area, which is located in Spider Hollow. Interact with the head of Buddha, which is surrounded by cocoons at the end of the lake.
Where to Find Venom Bracers
Venom Bracers are very easy to miss as they can only be obtained in one place, which cannot be revisited. During the battle with the Venom Daoist, you must cut off one of his arms. The best way to do this is to constantly aim at his back with a weapon that doesn't deal too much damage (otherwise, you will kill him too quickly).
Venom Bracers are the last missing piece of the Centipede armor set, which is the perfect choice for a poison damage build.
Where to Find the Scorpion Lord
The legendary Scorpion Lord can be found inside the Purple Cloud mountain. From the altar, climb the stairs up to the roof. There you will see the boss drinking alcohol. He is not particularly interested in fighting, so he will just warn you not to touch his supplies. Break one of the jars or pots in front of the house to provoke the scorpion. He will immediately jump down and try to punish you for what you've done.
Where to Find the Fungi Woman
The Fungi Woman, like the Old Ginseng Guai, is a secret boss that can be easily missed. She is disguised as an ordinary old plant growing from the ground. Head to the Court of Light shrine. Follow the path leading to the Yellow Flower Temple. You will see a creature breathing into the mud deposits. Pull the plant next to it to activate the battle. After the fight, you will be able to take her spirit for yourself.
How to Get the Rarest Tiger Sinew Belt
The Tiger Sinew Belt is one of the rarest items in Black Myth: Wukong. It is difficult to obtain as the drop rate from a defeated enemy is very low. Chapter four is perfect for quick and efficient farming. The belt drops from defeated Snake Sheriffs. Head to the Court of Light shrine. The enemy we need constantly appears in the water behind the arch. Keep killing the snakes until the desired item drops.
Room with Chests
From the altar of Verder Bridge, go to the left side to cross several bridges. You will come across a gate with talking lanterns. A cutscene will start, after which you will be offered to enter the room with treasures. Inside you will find five chests and a strong boss. Defeat the latter and take the valuable rewards.
Purple Cloud Mountain
Venom Daoist is a secret boss that needs to be defeated twice to unlock the secret area Purple Cloud Mountain. First, you will meet the Venom Daoist at the Broken Jade Lake. He is located in the Giant Cocoon. After fighting him, head to the Enlightenment Palace, where you were previously in the second chapter. From the arena with the Hundred-Eyed Daoist Master, go in the opposite direction. A cutscene will start, activating the second battle with the Venom Daoist. After defeating him, you will unlock access to the secret location.
Frog Yaoguai
The frog can be found at the altar of Lower Hollow. Look closely at the crack in the wall. Through it, you can get into a room with flying enemies. Move forward until you see an area with many cocoons. Look to the left. You will see a crevice. Pass through it and interact with the meditation spot. Kill the sniper and head towards the frog boss.
Yellow Loong
Yellow Loong is located near the altar of Relief of the Fallen Moon. Head to the giant gates on the right side. Use the scales from the second chapter. Head inside for the final confrontation with the fourth and last Loong.
Rice Cocoons and Proto-Amur Worm
In the fourth chapter, you can collect rice cocoons by breaking silkworm bags throughout the location. In the Painted Kingdom, give the cocoons to the Amur Worm to unlock the secret of the Elder Spirit. As a reward, you will receive five treasure chests.
