Unknown Bandit Task in the Garbage: Stalker 2 Quest Walkthrough

Random events in Stalker 2 diversify the gameplay and help earn some money or get useful items. However, finding them on the map is quite difficult since they are not marked in any way. Below we tell you where to get the unknown task from bandits and how best to proceed.

This random event can be encountered if you follow from the bridge of the Small Zone to the Garbage area. Near the two buildings of the former pig farm, you will hear a conversation between bandits and a stalker. Approach and ask what happened.

The gang leader nicknamed Vityok will offer to do a small job in exchange for valuable items. The stalker they are harassing hid a stash in the pigsty, but no one can find it. You have a choice: agree to split the stash contents in half, kill the bandits, or leave. But don't rush with your choice.

It is best to proceed as follows: agree to the bandit's terms, then approach the wounded stalker and inject him with a syringe of medicine. As soon as you do this, the three bandits nearby will become hostile. The likelihood that they will kill the stalker is very small, but he will definitely shoot at least one enemy. So you will only need to kill two bandits and talk to your new friend.

As a token of gratitude, Vovchik will transfer 250 coupons to your account and also mark the location of the very stash that the bandits could not find on the map.

Note: If you have not previously helped stalkers in similar random missions, then upon completing this random encounter, all stalkers and traders in the Zalesye area will change their attitude towards you to positive. This can be tracked on the map — all trader icons will turn green.

Enter the building in front of you and run almost to the very end. The marker will point to the wall, but you need to go around from the other side. On the left, you will see many boxes, and behind them, a barricaded passage.
