This puzzle can be found by ascending to the upper floors of the building located behind the central square with the platform. The easiest way to do this is to go around the platform from behind and climb up the scaffolding. As part of the story quest, you will need to photograph the stone pedestal in the wall. However, to proceed, players will have to knock out the guard who prevents calmly using the whip to enter through the building's window. Although you can bypass this by simply climbing higher on the scaffolding.

Once inside, you will see a model of the building in front of you. You can now start solving the puzzle.

The model has one handle that you can interact with. Pull it to the right. At this point, a niche will open on the left side, from where you can take a medallion.

Now move the lever to the left to open a similar niche on the right side and insert the medallion there.

Another niche with a golden cup will open on the left. Take it and place it in the center of the model in front of the building.

This way you will solve the puzzle and receive the Vatican relic map. With it, it is much easier to navigate while searching for all the relics in this location.
