Stellar Blade Developers Listen to Players and Restore Uncensored Costumes
The developers of Stellar Blade have finally responded to players' requests to remove the censorship from the costumes. Recall that at the end of April, the studio Shift Up altered the design of several revealing outfits, despite previously boasting about having no restrictions. The dissatisfaction led to a petition signed by tens of thousands of people.
Everything changed with the release of the latest patch. Players noticed that the update quietly added two additional costumes — Midsummer Redhood and Midsummer Alice — which are essentially the old uncensored outfits in new colors. They can be found with Roxanne.
The patch also added a boss-fight mode and various quality-of-life improvements, such as a constantly visible compass. The update size is 3.4 GB.
Previously, Korean model Shin Jaeeun, who served as the prototype for the main character, posted a cosplay in a popular costume.
