CD Projekt RED announced a board game based on Cyberpunk 2077
CD Projekt RED and Go on Board have announced an official board game based on Cyberpunk 2077. The game is being developed by game designer Lukasz Wozniak, known for the Witcher-themed board game The Witcher: Old World.
Cyberpunk is a tactical game designed for 1-4 players. Controlling one of four characters — V, Judy, Panam, or Jackie — players will complete missions and explore the dark alleys of Night City to make a name for themselves and become a legend of the Afterlife.
One game session lasts 60-90 minutes, and the entire content is designed for 30 hours. There is also an «endless» mode with generated missions.
A crowdfunding campaign has already started on the Gamefound website. In just 10 minutes, the authors raised the necessary $100,000, and at the time of writing, the budget exceeds $500,000.
The board game will be released in December 2025. The standard edition costs $80, and the deluxe edition with thick cardboard and plastic cards costs $140.
