MP1ST has unveiled details about the remake of the third-person action-adventure game Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, which has not been officially announced yet. The information should be taken as another rumor.
Details:
- The project is described as more than just a game with enhanced graphics;
- Some gameplay mechanics will be reworked;
- The game is being developed on an improved Anvil engine;
- The release might happen in November 2025;
- New gameplay systems will be added, particularly some related to combat and the ecosystem.
Popular insider and gaming journalist Tom Henderson also confirms that the Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag remake is in development. He previously listed projects that Ubisoft will release by the end of 2026.
