Rust Receives a «Medieval» Update with Bows, Crossbows, and Catapults — Plus a Discount

The sandbox game Rust has received a major update introducing a "medieval" mode. Players will find themselves in a distant future where all knowledge of advanced technology has been lost.

The game now features new types of weapons—bows, crossbows, shields, and swords—as well as siege towers, rams, ballistae, and catapults. Interestingly, the catapults can be used not only to launch bombs and rocks but also real players.

To celebrate the release, the developers have also introduced a 50% discount. For the rest of the week, the game can be purchased for 20€.
