A Full Co-Op Mode Mod for Dark Souls 3 Is Coming — Here's Gameplay with Two Boss Defeats

A user named Yui has announced a mod for Dark Souls 3 that adds a fully seamless co-op mode. While the mod doesn’t have an official release date yet, it already features several minutes of gameplay set in Lothric Castle.
In a seven-minute video, the players explore dark corridors and defeat two bosses: the Dancer of the Boreal Valley and Dragonslayer Armour. The bosses are defeated surprisingly quickly, but the creator notes that their characters are over-leveled.
Yui's mod will introduce a proper co-op mode with synchronized progress, various difficulty modifiers (including friendly fire), and invasions. The developer only needs to fix a few bugs and improve the overall quality of life before the mod is ready for release.
Previously, Yui created similar mods for Elden Ring, Armored Core 6, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
