Elon Musk, Get the Boosters Ready — Path of Exile 2 Announces Major Update Featuring the Huntress Class

Grinding Gear Games has released a fresh trailer for Path of Exile 2, showcasing the upcoming Dawn of the Hunt update—the game’s first major expansion. The highlight of the update is the introduction of a brand-new class: the Huntress.
The Huntress is a hybrid class specializing in both melee and ranged combat. She wields a spear and buckler, utilizing swift dashes, counterattacks, and elemental magic. Her Ascendancy subclasses allow players to further specialize as either a Ritualist or an Amazon.
Beyond the new class, Dawn of the Hunt introduces additional Ascendancy subclasses, new items, abilities, and more.
Other key patch features:
- New subclasses for existing classes: Warrior (The Smith of Kitava), Mercenary (The Tactician), and Witch (The Lich);
- Two new skills: Raise Spectre and Summon Rhoa;
- Over 100 new support gems;
- More than 100 new unique items;
- New encounters and maps;
- Fresh mechanics: Corrupted Essences and Cleanse the Corruption;
- Endgame improvements.
The major update launches on April 4.
