Refurbished PS5 noticed on PlayStation Direct, priced at half the cost of the PS5 Pro

Recently, users noticed refurbished versions of the PlayStation 5 console and DualSense controller with lower prices than standard models on the PlayStation Direct website.

Currently, it is not possible to purchase the refurbished devices. The website states that they will be available «soon.» As for the prices, the PS5 with a drive costs $400, and the digital edition of the console is $350. The cost of the refurbished DualSense is $65.

For comparison, brand new PS5 Slims on PlayStation Direct are sold for $450 (without a drive) and $500 (with a drive).

By the way, we previously reported that Sony raised the prices of DualSense controllers. The cost increased by $5.

Additionally, the company recently announced the PS5 Pro for $700.
