У меня тоже на официальной версии из Steam мод не работает. Других модов вообще нет и никогда не было. На всякий случай проверил его через Configuration FIle Merge Tool — конфликтов не обнаружено, но вес не меняется. Точнее, базовый вес изменился до 100 кг., ограничение в 140 кг тоже исчезло, так как со Странной водой дает 150 кг. Но до 300 кг. увеличения нет
