Hades 2 Devs Release First Major Patch with Olympus, New Weapon, and Characters

The first major update for the Greek mythology rogue-like Hades 2 has been released, titled The Olympic Update. The developers introduced several significant additions, including a new weapon and the Olympus region.
Key updates include:
- New region: Mount Olympus, home of the gods;
- New weapon: Xynth's Black Cloak;
- Reworked abilities;
- Dozens of new decorations and music tracks for the hub area;
- Two new allies with unique gifts;
- Two new pets;
- New in-game events;
- 2,500 new dialogue lines;
- Mac support for Apple M1 processors.

Hades 2 is currently in Early Access on Steam and the Epic Games Store, with a full release expected no earlier than late 2024.
