The add-on tells about the events after the ending of Atomic Heart. Major Sergei Nechaev embarks on a journey through the Mendeleev complex and the surrounding swamps, where he encounters a completely new type of enemy, capable of changing his form, and also learns the truth about Eleanor. The addition includes two new types of weapons, a new character and one new ability — technostasis, which allows the main character to control time.
