Flight simulators
Flight simulators are a well-known genre, the games of which give the player the opportunity to feel like the pilot of a real plane: unlike arcade “flyers”, in such games you need to take into account many factors and participate in large-scale battles, which the developers tried to make as realistic as possible.
Most aviation simulators are about wartime, but there are exceptions: sometimes the player is given the opportunity to sit on a civilian plane transporting people from one city to another and simply enjoy the views.
