Features of our DELTARUNE translation

Our priorities in localization are sound and emotion. The text should feel natural, as if it was originally written in Russian, and if players laugh while playing the original, they should laugh in the translation too. The hardest part of translation is setting priorities, understanding what is truly important in a sentence and what can be omitted. Therefore, we use the official Japanese translation as a reference, which often differs from the English version and/or adds additional context. This way, we can preserve both the humor of the game and the original meaning.

Currently, Chapters 1, 3, and 4 are ready. Work is ongoing for Chapters 5 and 2. More details can be found on deltaruna.ru. The translation may already be complete!
