In this save, you will get fully assembled Ifa, Musgoat, Bonphiac, Poyopa, and UAZ.
All that's left is to take the door out of the car's interior and install it to unlock the achievement.
After these actions, you will be able to choose Ifa, Musgoat, Bonphiac, Poyopa, or UAZ as your starting car when creating a new game.
