Where to find cards:
- Soldiers. Senior officers are slightly more likely to wear them.
- Bandits.
- Department stores.
- Court wizards sometimes sell them.
- From a seller from the Eastern Empire in Solitude.
- For rarer cards, you may need to visit the orc seller at the College of Winterhold.
