Improved Rock and Cliff Collision.

Since many people were very annoyed by the poor collisions made by Bethesda for rocks and cliffs, the author of this mod decided to remake these models and make them as accurate as possible. This mod will prevent your character from seeing through rocks or crashing into them a bit.
